Shipping & Returns


We ship all orders Via Fedex or UPS Ground. We do not ship to California at this time. We charge sales tax on all orders shipped in Louisiana. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return and Cancellation Policy

A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned or cancelled orders. If you wish to return, cancel, or exchange an order, you must email us with your Name, Billing Address, Shipping address, phone number and reason for return. The request to return must be received within 3 days of you receiving or placing the order. We do not accept returns or cancellations without a written request. Returned products must be in new unused and unopened condition. We do not accept returns on hats, apparel, masks, food items, feathers, light ups or decorations. Shipping charges will not be refunded and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We DO NOT accept returns or cancellations during our peak season from January 1st through March 10th due to the extremely high volume of business during this time.
